Choosing to use Personal Prints, a family owned and operated company, was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My experience with them was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend them & will certainly be using their amazing family again. Unfortunately, these days, many are quick to send negative feedback to a company but, forget to lift up those companies who are truly above and beyond. Briefly, this remarkable family made a very stressful situation for me, because of my own mistake, not theirs - their artwork is outstanding. I had purchased this as a gift for my cousins wedding & I accidently spelled one of the names wrong. I did not realize it until I showed my family, as I have MS & do sometimes get confused & I just panicked. We were already getting ready to go to the out of town wedding & we had no gift. I quickly sent an email to Personal Prints & to my surprise and appreciation, they had a new print made, no questions asked, did not have to send the other one back at no charge to me. This doesn't happen these days!!! I am so thankful for them fixing my problem & standing by their product and above all, their customers. I am forever thankful & grateful to them. Their artwork is stunning & so unique. I would gladly share a picture of it but I have sent it out in the mail to my cousin & his wife.
