Can you guess our new product?

We are about to launch our most ambitious, exciting, and stunning personalized gift collection in our family company’s 22-year history, and I have story below that serves as a hint:

“While sipping your fresh birthday-morning coffee, you hear the familiar doorbell ring preceding the UPS driver setting a package on your doorstep. You have Amazon deliveries almost daily, but you were not anticipating anything today. With interest piqued by an unexpected present, you excitedly hasten towards the door and cradle the package as you walk back to the kitchen table.  

You gently open the cardboard flaps to discover a gift message that reads “Happy Birthday, Love Your Favorite Daughter.” Even though she is your only daughter, you always called her your favorite as a way of expressing how special she was and is. She hadn’t said anything when you talked last night, so you smile in acknowledgment that she actually surprised you.

Underneath the note you find a carefully packaged and custom engraved wood box about the size of a thick hardcover novel. Not knowing the contents, you cautiously open the lid and are met with the faint yet distinct and pleasant aroma of a campfire. Nestled in the chest you find meticulously crafted figures, animals, flowers, and other whimsical shapes. Upon further inspection, you see that it is a solid piece of wood with each artistic edge singed as if it were cut by fire.

As you continue your examination, you realize there is more than meets the eye. The vivid tapestry of colors hint that the figures play a part in a bigger role.

You top off your cup of coffee and open the windows to feel the summer breeze, because it will take time to solve the rest of the mystery. With each step you take closer to a conclusion, you reminisce about raising “your favorite daughter.” The precisely crafted artistic designs come together to reveal a stunningly beautiful image, and you trace your finger over letters that you now realize spell out your name and hers. At that same moment, you hear her custom ringtone on your phone, and you pick up to an enthusiastic “Happy Birthday!”
