Any Errors Promptly Corrected

While we don’t do it often, if we ever do make a personalization error, we will promptly replace it at no additional charge.

As you order, though, make sure that you are putting in your personalized text exactly as you want it to appear. Double check name spelling and make sure it’s not a Sarah with an “H” instead of a Sara without one!

Fast Shipping

Unless it’s a special case and we’ve clearly communicated to you, you can expect your personalized print to ship from Colorado within two to three business days of your order. Give between two and five days from your shipment date to actually receive your order.
